John McLaren joined the company in 2006 and has over 25 years' experience as a Civil Engineer. John Papesch has worked in the Bay of Islands since 2003 and has 15 years' experience as a Civil Engineer. Phil has been in Kerikeri since 2003 and has over 30 years' experience as a Structural Engineer. He manages all our structural design and construction supervision work for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, including geotechnical assessment and foundation design.
Originally from Denmark, Liselotte is a Structural Engineer and her expertise includes foundation design, structural design, structural steel, reinforced concrete and timber design. He is responsible for all aspects of geotechnical and geoenvironmental investigations including fieldworks, geotechnical design, HAIL assessment, ground remediation services and reporting. Prior to relocation to New Zealand he worked on numerous large scale geotechnical and ground remediation projects commercial including roading, tunnelling and infrastructure design projects in London and across the United Kingdom. Catherine is a passionate Geoenvironmental Engineer with a Masters in Environmental Science.
Catherine has developed extensive experience in the United Kingdom and New Zealand across a broad range of environmental and geotechnical projects, in particular focussing upon contaminated land, water quality and ground remediation design. Catherine is responsible for all aspects of environmental management, principally HAIL assessments and land remediation, in addition to stormwater assessments and wastewater management. Paul started working for Haigh Workman in 2007 before going back to University to complete post graduate studies. He has almost 15 years of experience, recently in structural engineering and in the past construction project management.
His experience, Masters of Engineering degree and a passion for engineering gives him the competence to undertake complex structural engineering, modelling, analysis, and design. Michael has over 40 years' experience as a Civil Engineer, specialising in roading and stormwater investigation, design and construction. Paula, is our very busy friendly receptionist to help direct you to the right person and help with any queries and job istration. Kim joined Haigh Workman in 2016 and has over 30 years experience as a Structural Engineer.
Kim has invaluable experience and can do all aspects of structural engineering including foundation design, structural design, structural steel, reinforced concrete and timber. Kylies experience includes the Canterbury TC3 drilling project and managing geotechnical investigations for larger subdivisions and developments around Wellington, Nelson and Auckland. Kylie is responsible for all aspects of geotechnical investigations, ground stability and reporting. David is a very competent and experienced Structural Engineer and his expertise includes foundation design, structural design, structural steel, reinforced concrete and timber design.
David has been with Ashby’s Warkworth for 16 years and in that time has completed a wide range of engineering projects. At Ashby’s Thomas is responsible for geotechnical and investigations, foundation and retaining wall designs, slope stability analysis and routine stormwater and wastewater designs. Sean Kelly has worked in Northland since 2004, and has 15 years' experience as a Civil Engineer. Harry is a competent Engineering Geologist that joined our Warkworth office in 2016 following relocation from the UK. Harry is responsible for all aspects of geotechnical investigations, ground stability and reporting
